Matcha is ground green tea in its purest form, but contains more phytochemicals and antioxidants that support the immune system, counteract aging and even cancer and is therefore even healthier than conventional green tea. Our premium quality organic matcha is grown in the uji region (japan).
The tea leaves from the first harvest are picked by hand here, grown without pesticides and plant protection products and are processed without the use of machines. In addition, annual soil samples and laboratory tests for heavy metal and radiation exposure are carried out.
More energy, better concentration. Matcha contains more caffeine than coffee. The big difference: matcha works gently. While the caffeine in coffee enters the bloodstream within 30-45, this process lasts 6 to 8 hours in matcha, which prevents adrenaline and insulin surges.
